Dr. Rodney Jackson serves as Associate Dean of Academics and Chairman of the Department of Business and Leadership Studies. With an extensive background in Faith-Based, Philanthropic and Non-Profit organizations his expertise spans crisis management, conflict resolution, and capital fundraising. He is a Certified John Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker. As a Global Leader with both ministry and marketplace experience, he has a proven record of success in taking some of the most influential organizations in the world to the next level of leadership.
Recognized as one of the Top 50 Ministers in The U.S. by Upscale Magazine for demonstrating superior leadership, innovation, and commitment to community improvement he is renowned as a pioneer, transformational leader, and inventor. Formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Gospel Tabernacle, historically one of the largest religious organizations in the southeast he leads a team that includes some of today’s most prominent Christian leaders. Through his leadership was also the creation of a Denominational/Non-Denominational Leadership Training Program that now serves as the model blueprint for hundreds of religious organizations globally.

Carl Rousseau Gilliard is the President/CEO of the Gilliard Media Group, LLC
(GMG), based in Atlanta, Georgia. GMG provides consulting, casting, media
content creation, publishing, coaching and entertainment production services.
His wife, Latonya Gilliard, serves as Vice President of Operations.
Carl is also the Co-Creator of the Bill Duke Media Foundation's Youth Media
Camp, a non-profit organization with a distinct emphasis on offering new media
arts and financial literacy to inner-city youth, ages 15 thru 18, in South Los
Angeles, California.
Gilliard is a graduate of Michigan State University, and a native of Detroit,
Michigan, by way of Chicago, Illinois. Moving to California, he dove into acting
and landed many television and film roles, which facilitated his masterful skills
in networking and forming relationships that catapulted him into becoming
extremely well-respected in the industry.
His numerous film credits, include Inception (Warner Bros),
Red Eye (DreamWorks), Coach Carter (Paramount), the upcoming “Naked Gun”
remake, “The Law Of Toughness” (Paramount) the independent drama “Keyz”
and “The Queens Of Christmas” for BET+. His television credits, include:
“Shameless”, “Greys Anatomy”, Amazon’s “The Last Tycoon”, “Bigger” “FBI: Most
Wanted”.
Mr Gilliard is presently recurring on the hit action/drama, “The Family
Business”, now streaming on NETFLIX & BET+.
Carl is the Creator, Writer, Executive Producer and Star of the HIT digital series,
“Two Degrees”, currently known as “Black Famous”, NOW streaming on The
BrickTV.
Lastly, Carl is an accomplished NAACP Theater Award nominated Producer
and Director. He produced and directed, “Section 8”, “Power Couple Struggle”,
“Peace Be Still” & Ain’t No Family Like The One I Got” in Los Angeles. Carl co-
produced and developed the highly successful, Things That Make Men Cry and
“STEEL MAGNOLIAS; the latter with the FCBC Repertory Company, the drama &
media ministry he founded (2006) and led at Faithful Central Bible Church for 10
years.

Arrington Foster

Arrington Foster is an actor born and raised in Clinton, Maryland. His passion for acting began at the age of 11, and he has been dedicated to the craft ever since. Throughout high school and college, Arrington honed his skills in acting, singing, and dancing by performing in various plays and musicals. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater with a minor in Communication Studies from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX.
In 2015, Arrington moved to Los Angeles to pursue his film and television career. His breakthrough came in 2017 when he landed the series regular role of Rio Duncan in BET and BET+'s hit show The Family Business. The highly anticipated sixth season is set to premiere in 2025, and all previous seasons are currently streaming on BET+ and Netflix. Ben dropped out of college after one year to play minor league professional basketball in Canada. He was invited to an NBA camp but was injured and cut. Ben rebounded from his basketball injury to become a bestselling gospel and jazz musician. He has been noted as the one who discovered Yolonda Adams, has earned 16 Stella Awards, 8 Dove Awards, and 3 Grammy Nominations.
He is also a motivational speaker for the NBA, a suit designer (Big and Tall), pastor, record label president, aircraft pilot/owner, and reality television actor with his own show that aired on Bravo TV -Thicker Than Water: The Tankards. Leah Renée-K is the author of several children's books and songs she co-authored with a professor of Children's Media at her Alma Mater and an internationally published interior designer and as well as an internationally known architect. Her acting career was inspired by Julianne Moore. At 18, Leah Renée-K was working at an independent movie theater in college and left class early to see "Magnolia" (1999) and "The End of the Affair" (1999) in which Julianne Moore was the female lead in both films. She knew she wanted to act after seeing those two movies so she took a break from college to move to Switzerland and Paris where she studied French, photography, cinematography and modeled. After returning to the United States, she decided to focus on motherhood and writing and then resumed her university studies in which she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Certificate in Public Relations.
One point in her career, Leah recalls walking on set with Will Smith and making him laugh, she knew then she was walking in her purpose. She always dreamed of meeting him and told her children just the year before she would meet him one day. After starring in this film with him, shoulder to shoulder, she has the attention of her kids and directors worldwide. Shortly after filming, she didn't want a break as she began another role in a feature film, The Gloria's, A Life on The Road as an activist in a 1977 biographical film directed by Julie Taymor, an American director and writer of theater, opera and film known for The Lion King, Spider-Man, and Frida.
